Meet Ashley Snell

Fine & Dandy Sugar Artistry offers modern sugar flowers & decorations for cake designs. We offer a professional design service & specialize in unique, modern, made-to-order sugar paste cake decor, cakes & sweet treats.

After completing SAIT’s Baking & Pastry Arts program in 2011, Ashley’s Interior design skills and love for all things handcrafted melted together into the art of sugar paste. Ashley fell in love with sugar flowers as a hobby and enrolled in professional online courses & studied with some of the best sugar artists known globally, and soon after began her own venture in sugar artistry.

I am the mother of two young boys (Harrison & Gibson). These boys fuel a flood of inspiration for my work & design concepts.

Baking is my outlet and collaborating with other local Calgary artists fills my cup. Whether I can create sugar work in collaboration with your cake or another, or offering cake in it’s entirety, I would love to connect.
